• Long sleeve Scout shirt
  • Rank Patch
  • Troop patch
  • Council patch
  • OA pocket patch
• Official Scout pants
• Red and white OA neckerchief
• OA sash
• Scout belt
• Black or dark shoes
• Scout socks
• OA dues are paid
