Summer Feedback:

The lack of a summer meeting place was a major problem this summer. Next summer this needs to be top priority to have a permanent meeting place set prior to the start of summer.

Also the lack of supplies on hand needed for scout advancements caused meetings to slow down and created confusion. A ready box of supplies is needed.

Using EPIC for swimming would probably be better just once a month rather than for a solid month.

Backpacking trip- only 5 scouts attended this rainy but fun trip. Camp Coffin trip- 9 scouts attended and participated in the COPE course.

August Court of Honor- A request came from those with younger family members to start the meeting earlier so it doesn’t go so late.

The Senior Leaders presenting patches need to slow down and give more of an explanation as to what the patches are for.

Food seems to work better after the meeting rather than prior as was done this time. Some parents complained of not knowing about the 6:15 dessert as the calling tree must’ve broken downs

It was suggested that patrol leaders be called by the SPL, told to make their calls to their patrol, then return a call to the SPL so he knows the calls have been made.
