Hi everyone,

As you may know, the AFA campout has been cancelled. We will try again some other month. I apologize for the confusion. We were hoping to reschedule it for this weekend and we asked people "if they could go" and this got turned into "we are going" this weekend.

Since I still want to go camping we now have a campout on April 17-19 at BDSR (near Red Feather for the new scouts). This is the plan:

-Stay at Rotary Lodge (we can squeeze all the scouts in but the adult probably want to sleep outside).

-Service project in the morning.

-Hopefully rock climbing on real rocks with real gear in the afternoon (scouts are top roped, we have trained adults).

-A memorable campfire. If you have a drum you can play around a campfire then bring it. (5 gallon bucket works, Deep Rock bottles work great, more details forthcoming.)
